Peli Service and After Warranty Repairs

For the past 14 years, we have operated a professional service center authorized by Peli™ and Pelican™. We provide both warranty and post-warranty service for PELI™ RALS portable lighting systems, PELI™ LIGHTS flashlights, and PELI™ CASE, STORM, AIR, and HARDIGG transport cases.

We are proud to hold the Authorized Repair Center certification, ensuring the highest quality service standards. All repairs are carried out using components supplied directly by the manufacturer.

Our post-warranty services include:

  • Diagnostics and battery replacement for PELI™ RALS portable lighting systems, including models 9420, 9430, 9440, 9435, 9455, 9460, 9470, 9480, and 9490.
  • Diagnostics and replacement of all types of PELI™ LIGHTS flashlights.
  • Diagnostics and replacement of damaged power adapters for PELI™ RALS and PELI™ LIGHTS systems.
  • Replacement of damaged hinges and latches for PELI™ CASE and PELI™ STORM transport cases.

We guarantee the highest quality of service, ensuring that your Peli™ products are restored to optimal condition using original manufacturer parts.

PELI RALS REPAIR AND SERVICE

If you have a PELI RALS Portable Lighting System that is out of warranty and you want to bring it back to life, take advantage of our services. According to Peli’s guidelines, all repairs are carried out in our service center (you must physically send the lighting system along with the charger):

  • Replacement of the battery in lighting systems (9430, 9440, 9435, 9455, 9460, 9470) and in Powerpacks without replacing the entire Powerpack (9480, 9490), using the original battery. This includes resetting the battery controller and a general inspection of the lamp.
  • Repair of the Powerpack circuit board (or most commonly, replacement of the Powerpack without needing to replace the battery).
  • Replacement of damaged lamp housings and damaged LED reflector housings.
  • Replacement of the LED diode board.
  • Replacement of reflector wires.
  • Replacement of controller modules.
  • Repair of damaged buttons.
  • Repair of lamps after water damage.
  • Replacement of damaged mast components.

We are certified for electrical work, have authorization to repair ATEX-certified devices, and have completed Peli-authorized training.

If you would like to inquire about a specific issue, please send us an email with a description of the malfunction and any relevant photos to office@drava.shop. Generally, it’s not always easy to determine what’s wrong with your lamp on your own. We do not charge for inspections or servicing. You can send your lamp to us at your own expense along with your return label. We will not charge you for the inspection if you decide not to proceed with the repair. In our service, you only pay for the parts.
