Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Drava sp. z o.o. (operating as Drava Shop). It explains our voluntary return policy as well as the statutory rights available to consumers in the European Union. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

30-day return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This 30-day window is granted by us voluntarily and is in addition to any statutory rights described below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused and undamaged, with all accessories and documentation, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To start a return, please contact us at biuro@drava.pl. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Throughout the entire time the store has been operating, we have not encountered a case where a problem was not resolved in favour of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Where an item is faulty, incorrectly delivered, or not as described, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products (for example, cases with custom-cut foam or made-to-order configurations) and hazardous goods such as batteries, where return is restricted by transport regulations. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item. This exception does not affect a consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal where it applies by law.

Return shipping costs
If you return an item because it is faulty, damaged, incorrectly delivered or not as described, we cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases – including a change of mind and the exercise of the consumer right of withdrawal – you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. We process approved refunds without undue delay and, for consumer returns under the right of withdrawal, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw (we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier). Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

European Union right of withdrawal (consumers – 14 days)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a justification. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement – for example by email to biuro@drava.pl. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

You may inspect and test the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical shop. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection. After notifying us of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days. Unless we have agreed otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Business customers (B2B)
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described above applies only to consumers. Orders placed by businesses, institutions or other professional buyers are not covered by the consumer cooling-off period, although our voluntary 30-day return policy and your rights regarding defective goods continue to apply.

Statutory guarantee of conformity
Independently of the return options above, consumers in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantee that goods must conform to the contract. If goods are defective or do not conform, you are entitled to remedies under applicable law (Directive (EU) 2019/771 and your national implementing rules), at no cost to you. These statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
