Carriers

You choose your preferred shipping method — courier — at checkout. Our standard carriers are DPD, FedEx and GLS, and where needed — for example depending on destination, parcel size, weight or service level — we also ship via UPS and DHL.

We reserve the right to change the carrier for your order. Courier rates can differ significantly between carriers and between regions — particularly in the Nordic countries, where the cost for the same parcel can vary dramatically depending on the destination region. For example, a small parcel may cost around €50 with one carrier and around €7 with another for the same delivery. Where this is the case, we may ship your order with a different carrier than the one selected, choosing a reliable option to ensure your parcel arrives on time. Dispatch and handling time

We aim to dispatch orders quickly. Most orders are shipped on the day the order is placed or the next day. In all cases, orders are dispatched no later than 14 days from the date the order is placed.

We do not operate on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays in Poland. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next working day, and dispatch and handling times are counted in working days.

Estimated delivery times provided by carriers are indicative and begin once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. They are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Approximate shipping time from the day of order

The following are typical total times from the day the order is placed (subject to carrier performance, customs and the working-day rules above):

• Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia: order day + 2–4 days
• Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, France, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Austria: order day + 3–5 days
• Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal: order day + 4–5 days
• Greece: order day + 5–10 days

Countries not listed above are delivered within comparable timeframes; the estimate for your destination is shown where available at checkout.

Shipping costs and free shipping

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We offer free shipping above the following order-value thresholds:

• Within the EU: free shipping on orders over €100.
• Outside the EU: free shipping on orders over €250.

How the threshold is measured depends on whether you buy as a consumer or as a business:

• Consumers: the threshold is measured on the order value including VAT — i.e. €100 gross within the EU (€250 gross outside the EU).
• Business (B2B) buyers: the threshold is measured on the net order value, excluding VAT — i.e. €100 net within the EU (€250 net outside the EU). This applies in particular to VAT-registered business buyers who provide a valid EU VAT (VIES) number before completing the order.

Below these thresholds, a shipping fee applies and is displayed at checkout. The applicable threshold and any shipping fee are always shown at checkout before payment.

Risk of loss

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you on physical delivery of the goods to you or to a carrier you appointed (other than one we offered). For business buyers, risk passes on handover to the first carrier. Please inspect your parcel on receipt and contact us promptly if it arrives damaged.

Deliveries outside the EU

For orders shipped outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway), the price at checkout does not include import duties, import VAT or carrier handling fees charged in the destination country. These are payable by you to the carrier or customs authority. You are the importer of record and responsible for compliance with import rules in the destination country.
