Peli BlackBox 11U Rack Mount Case

The Peli BlackBox 11U Rack Mount Case is a highly durable and versatile protective case designed for professionals who need secure transport and storage of 19-inch rack equipment in challenging environments. Manufactured from tough Black-463 blended resin, it provides excellent resistance against impacts and environmental stresses. The case includes a 24-inch (61 cm) depth light-duty steel rack frame finished with corrosion-resistant zinc black coating, compliant with ANSI/EIA 310-C standards, and capable of supporting payloads ranging from 36.3 to 45.4 kg.

Inside, eight cylindrical elastomeric shock mounts are attached directly to the case shoulders, providing 2 inches (5.1 cm) of sway space that isolates and protects sensitive equipment from shocks and vibrations during transport and use. The front and rear lids have depths of 2.2 inches (5.6 cm) and 5.2 inches (13.2 cm) respectively, both equipped with molded-in 3.25-inch (82.6 mm) edge casters to facilitate easy maneuvering. Four plastic comfort-grip handles allow for ergonomic and convenient handling.

The case features a molded-in rib design enhancing stacking strength and interlocking stability. Spring-loaded stainless steel hardware with a nickel black finish ensures secure closure and long-lasting durability. The closed-loop gasket and integrated pressure relief valve maintain an airtight and watertight environment to protect equipment.
