Light Output and Operating Modes

The PELI RALS 9430 delivers up to 3000 lumens across a 125° wide beam angle, providing even, shadowless coverage over large work areas. Three operating modes give you control over the balance between brightness and battery endurance:

• Full Power — 3000 lm, up to 8 hours. Maximum brightness for large areas, rescue zones, and heavy-duty work conditions.
• Half Power — reduced intensity, up to 15 hours. The right setting for sustained overnight operations where endurance matters more than raw output.
• Warning / Strobe — pulsing light for perimeter safety, site traffic management, and emergency signaling.

Battery and Endurance

The integrated gel battery charges fully in just 5 hours. It is rated for 500 complete charge cycles (0–100%) and 1000 partial cycles (50–100%), which translates to years of intensive field use before the battery ever needs replacement.

An intelligent discharge monitoring system tracks charge level in real time. The RALS 9430 alerts the operator at 30 minutes and again at 15 minutes before depletion — giving you time to coordinate handovers and plan transitions without a blackout mid-operation.

Durability and Field Resistance

The RALS 9430 housing is built from impact-resistant ABS plastic and carries an IP54 rating — protected against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction. Rain, mud, dusty demolition sites, confined tunnels and underground utility work: none of these conditions compromise the system.
