Peli ISP EU120090-2010 – Inter-Stacking Pallet Case
Hurry up, only 1 item left in stock.
When equipment has to travel by truck, ship and aircraft to reach a forward base, a film set or a remote industrial site, the weakest link is rarely the gear itself — it is the way it is packed and stacked. The Peli™ ISP² EU120090-2010 Inter-Stacking Pallet case is engineered to remove that weakness. It is a rotationally moulded logistics container built to lock into the cases above and below it, turning a loose stack of boxes into a single, stable, cross-braced load that holds together through every leg of the journey.
Sized to a 1200 × 900 × 300 mm footprint, it is designed around the standard Euro pallet so that floor space is used efficiently and nothing overhangs the edges. From mobile field hospitals and military deployments to touring AV systems and museum logistics, this is the case that keeps a shipment organised, sealed and intact.
The Inter-Stacking Pattern: stacks that stay put
The heart of the ISP system is a 10 × 10 cm grid moulded into the base of the case. When you set one case on top of another, that bottom grid “falls” into the matching pattern on the lid below and positively locates the two cases together. Repeat that across a pallet and you build a cross-stacked column that resists sliding and shifting even when the load is braked hard, lifted by forklift or pitched on a rolling deck.
Because the geometry does the work, you spend less time wrestling with straps and corner boards and more time actually moving freight. The cases are designed to suit Euro, NATO and 463L pallet footprints, so the same containers slot cleanly into civilian and military logistics chains alike.
Sealed against weather, dust and pressure
A tongue-and-groove parting line runs the full perimeter where lid meets base, backed by a silicone sponge O-ring that compresses to form a continuous seal. Together they keep out wind-driven dust, splashing water and the salt-laden air of a coastal port or busy flight line.
Air freight introduces a second problem: pressure. As an aircraft climbs and descends, a sealed box can lock itself shut or strain its seal as internal and external pressure diverge. A mechanical pressure relief valve solves this by letting air equalise automatically while still blocking dust and moisture — so the case opens easily on arrival and the seal is protected in transit.
Built for years of rough handling
The shell is rotationally moulded from a proprietary polyethylene blend, a process that produces a seamless, uniformly thick wall with no glued joints to fail. Corners are deliberately thickened where impacts concentrate, and columnar ribs add stiffness so the case keeps its shape under stacked loads. Positive anti-shear lid locks hold the lid and base in alignment under impact, while recessed hardware sits out of harm’s way to reduce snagging during handling.
The result is a container that shrugs off rough roads, repeated loading cycles, UV exposure and temperature swings — the everyday reality of logistics rather than the showroom. It is made in Europe, and the material and hardware are chosen for a long service life in demanding fleets.
Where it earns its keep
- Military and defence logistics – cross-stacked, pallet-ready transport that survives field conditions and NATO/463L handling.
- Field hospitals and humanitarian missions – clean, sealed storage for supplies that must arrive dry and ready to deploy.
- Broadcast, film and live events – touring kit that ships safely and stacks tightly in a truck or container.
- Industrial and energy projects – spares, tools and instruments protected on remote sites and offshore supply runs.
- Museum and fine-art transport – a stable, weather-sealed outer container for sensitive cargo.
Configure it to your operation
ISP cases are rarely a one-size-fits-all purchase, and this one is built to be specified. A wide colour palette is available for fleet, branch or unit coding, with black being the most popular and standard choice. You can order the case with either a hinged lid or a fully removable cover depending on how you load and access it.
Hardware can be matched to the environment: padlock hasps for security, and galvanised or stainless-steel fittings where corrosion is a concern. Air-travel options include pressure relief valves and internal humidity indicators for monitoring storage conditions. For heavy or frequently handled loads, the cases can be fitted with crane lifting rings or pallet bases to make mechanical handling faster and safer.
Key features at a glance

- Tongue-and-groove seal with silicone sponge O-ring for weather, dust and splash protection.
- Mechanical pressure relief valve prevents vacuum lock after altitude and temperature changes.
- Positive anti-shear lid locks keep lid and base aligned under impact; recessed hardware reduces snagging.
- 1200 × 900 × 300 mm footprint sized for Euro, NATO and 463L pallets.
- Made in Europe; wide colour palette for fleet or unit coding, black as the standard option.
- Configurable lid (hinged or removable), hardware, security and air-travel options.
NOTE: The price of Peli ISP cases depends on the order quantity and the chosen configuration. Various colours are available, with black being the most popular option. The cases can be supplied with either a hinged lid or a fully removable cover, allowing you to adapt them to your specific needs. Depending on the requirements, they can be equipped with padlock hasps, galvanised or stainless-steel hardware. Options also include pressure relief valves for air travel and internal humidity indicators for monitoring storage conditions. Additionally, cases can be customised with crane lifting rings or pallet bases, making logistics and handling much easier. The lead time ranges between 4 and 8 weeks.
