Peli ISP EU160060-3020 – Inter-Stacking Pallet Case
Hurry up, only 1 item left in stock.
Some shipments are awkward by nature — a long antenna mast, a row of rifles, lengths of industrial tooling, a folded drone airframe. They don't belong in a square box, and they certainly don't belong loose in the back of a truck. The Peli™ ISP² EU160060-3020 Inter-Stacking Pallet case is built for exactly this kind of cargo: a long-format, rotationally moulded logistics container with a 1600 × 600 mm footprint that swallows extended loads while still locking into the cases above and below it. From military deployments to touring broadcast rigs, energy-sector spares and museum logistics, it keeps a long, valuable load organised, sealed and intact across every leg of the journey — by road, sea or air.
The Inter-Stacking Pattern: a stack that locks itself together
At the heart of the ISP² system is a 10 × 10 cm grid moulded into the base of every case. Set one case on top of another and that grid drops into the matching pattern on the lid below, positively locating the two cases so they cannot creep or slide apart. Build that across a pallet and you get a cross-stacked column that stays put under hard braking, forklift lifting and the roll of a ship's deck.
Because the geometry does the work, you spend less time wrestling with straps and corner boards. The footprint suits Euro, NATO and 463L pallet patterns, so the same containers slot cleanly into both civilian and military logistics chains — and mix happily with other ISP² sizes on the same pallet.
Sealed against weather, dust and altitude
A tongue-and-groove parting line runs the full perimeter where lid meets base, backed by a silicone sponge O-ring that compresses into a continuous seal — keeping out wind-driven dust, splashing water and salt-laden coastal air. Air freight adds a second challenge: pressure. As an aircraft climbs and descends, a sealed container can lock itself shut or strain its seal as internal and external pressure diverge. A mechanical pressure relief valve solves this automatically, letting air equalise while still blocking dust and moisture — so the case opens easily on arrival and the seal stays protected in transit.
Built for years of rough handling
The shell is rotationally moulded from a tough polyethylene blend — a process that produces a seamless, uniformly thick wall with no glued joints to fail. Corners are deliberately thickened where impacts concentrate, and columnar ribs add stiffness so the long body keeps its shape under stacked loads rather than bowing in the middle. Positive anti-shear lid locks hold lid and base in alignment under impact, while recessed hardware sits out of harm's way to reduce snagging. It is made in Europe, with materials and hardware chosen for a long service life in demanding fleets that face rough roads, repeated loading cycles, UV and temperature swings.
Where the EU160060-3020 earns its keep
The long, narrow 1600 × 600 mm footprint makes this size the natural choice whenever a load is longer than it is wide:
- Military and defence logistics – rifles, weapon systems, masts and long ordnance, cross-stacked and pallet-ready for NATO and 463L handling.
- Telecoms and field communications – antenna sections, mast components and long RF assemblies that must arrive straight and undamaged.
- Broadcast, film and live events – lighting bars, stands, rails and long touring kit that ships safely and stacks tightly in a truck or container.
- Industrial and energy projects – tooling, instruments and long spares protected on remote sites and offshore supply runs.
- Drone and UAV teams – extended airframes, wings and launch gear sealed against weather between deployments.
- Museum and fine-art transport – a stable, weather-sealed outer container for long, sensitive items.
Configure it to your operation
ISP² cases are rarely a one-size-fits-all purchase, and this one is built to be specified. A wide colour palette is available for fleet, branch or unit coding, with black being the most popular and standard choice. You can order the case with either a hinged lid or a fully removable cover, depending on how you load and access it.
Hardware can be matched to the environment: padlock hasps for security, and galvanised or stainless-steel fittings where corrosion is a concern. Air-travel options include pressure relief valves and internal humidity indicators for monitoring storage conditions. For heavy or frequently handled loads, the cases can be fitted with crane lifting rings or pallet bases to make mechanical handling faster and safer.
Key features at a glance

- Made in Europe; wide colour palette for fleet or unit coding, black as the standard option.
- Configurable lid (hinged or removable), security, hardware and air-travel options.
NOTE: The price of Peli ISP cases depends on the order quantity and the chosen configuration. Various colours are available, with black being the most popular option. The cases can be supplied with either a hinged lid or a fully removable cover, allowing you to adapt them to your specific needs. Depending on the requirements, they can be equipped with padlock hasps, galvanised or stainless-steel hardware. Options also include pressure relief valves for air travel and internal humidity indicators for monitoring storage conditions. Additionally, cases can be customised with crane lifting rings or pallet bases, making logistics and handling much easier. The lead time ranges between 4 and 8 weeks.
