A Complete Command Post in One Compact Case

The centrepiece is a flat work surface (76.2 × 72.4 cm) that attaches to either side of the integrated drawer housing, giving left- and right-hand configuration options to suit the available space on-site. Stored in the lid is a fabric field chair rated to 136 kg — so the station arrives fully self-sufficient, with no scramble for seating. A user-supplied surge-protected power strip can be added at any time; the chassis accommodates most standard strips without modification.

Six Drawers, One Organised System

Field operations generate paperwork, credentials, and sensitive equipment fast. The 474-FLD2-DESK-TA answers with six drawers in a two-column layout. Two small lockable drawers at the top (35.6 × 22.4 × 8.9 cm left; 35.6 × 31.8 × 8.9 cm right) secure access-controlled items — keys, classified documents, communication dongles. Below them, two medium drawers (35.6 × 22.4 × 24.8 cm) and two large drawers (35.6 × 31.8 × 24.8 cm) accept standard Pendaflex hanging folders, keeping mission files, maps, and briefing materials instantly retrievable.

Built to Be Carried Anywhere

The entire unit is manufactured from roto-moulded polyethylene: impact-resistant, weatherproof, and proven in the field. Black-plated steel catches and strike hardware seal all six drawers securely during transit. Four large injection-moulded handles — two per side — enable a confident two-person carry over any terrain, from vehicle tailgate to ops room floor, without needing flat ground or paved surface. When the mission ends, the desk surface folds back down and everything stows into one compact, self-contained case ready for the next deployment.
