474-MED-4-TOTE Medical Case with Tote Inserts
Hurry up, only 1 item left in stock.
The 474-MED-4-TOTE is a rotationally moulded medical case designed around four removable open-top tote inserts — a system that replaces the usual lid-open-lid-close cycle with direct, grab-from-above access to every medical supply in the case. Medical personnel working under time pressure in field hospitals, remote clinics, and emergency response scenarios can locate and retrieve what they need without removing a lid, repositioning the case, or emptying contents onto a surface. The case ships in black as standard. Oxygen tanks and medical consumables are not included.
Four Removable Totes for Immediate, Organised Medical Access
Each of the four tote inserts is formed from waterproof polyethylene and fitted with two web handles positioned for vertical extraction — meaning a responder standing at the case can reach in, grip the handles, and lift a full tote free of the case in one motion. The open-top design means contents are visible the moment the case lid is opened: no secondary latches, no internal compartment covers, no rummaging. Totes can be distributed across a treatment area individually — placing an airway tote at one station and a wound-care tote at another — and then consolidated back into the case for transport. The system suits any categorisation protocol, from MARCH to TCCC, because the organisation logic lives in the totes, not in a fixed interior layout.
Rotationally Moulded Shell for High-Impact Protection in Transit
The 474-MED-4-TOTE exterior is formed by rotational moulding — a single-piece polyethylene process that produces a shell with no joints, no bonded seams, and no weld lines to crack under drop or compression loads. This matters when a fully loaded case is transferred between vehicles, stacked in a cargo compartment, or subjected to the vibration of a rough-terrain transit. The rotationally moulded shell provides high impact resistance across its entire surface, protecting four totes worth of medical inventory from the shock events that a softer-sided bag cannot absorb. The case is rated for operation from -29°C to +60°C — covering cold-store environments through desert deployment — without affecting lid seal integrity or the dimensional fit of the tote inserts.
Mud-Resistant and Weatherproof for Remote and Field Environments
Field conditions that would saturate a fabric bag, clog a zip fastener, or allow dust ingress into a soft case do not affect the 474-MED-4-TOTE. The weatherproof shell and mud-resistant construction keep the case exterior cleanable and the interior dry regardless of whether it is staged on wet ground, loaded from a muddy vehicle, or rained on during an open-air response. Remote clinics with limited shelter, forward surgical units in unpredictable environments, and disaster response teams operating without fixed infrastructure all benefit from a case that maintains supply readiness independently of weather conditions. The rotationally moulded exterior can be decontaminated with standard surface disinfectants without degrading the polyethylene.
Made to Order — Colour Options and Lead Times
The 474-MED-4-TOTE is a made-to-order product and is not held in stock. Standard colour is black; other colour specifications are available on request, allowing procurement teams to colour-code case types by department or match organisational colour standards. Lead time is typically 2–20 weeks depending on quantity and colour specification. Contact our team before placing time-sensitive orders to confirm current production capacity and an accurate delivery schedule before committing to a procurement timeline.
