Battery Replacement for PELI RALS 9455 9435 ATEX

The Peli RALS 9455 and RALS 9435 are high-output lighting systems built and certified for use in ATEX explosive atmospheres — rescue operations, oil and gas facilities, mining sites, and hazardous industrial environments. When battery capacity starts to decline, the replacement must maintain that ATEX certification: an unauthorized swap can compromise the Ex classification that makes the unit legal and safe to operate in Zone 1 and Zone 2 environments.

This service provides an original-battery replacement carried out at our authorized Peli service center. We hold full authorization from Peli to service and repair ATEX-rated RALS devices. Every replacement uses the original Peli NiMH battery pack, preserving the unit's performance specifications and ATEX certification status upon return to service.

How the service works

Purchase this service and select the two-way shipping option at checkout. We will send you a shipping label for the outbound delivery. Pack your RALS unit securely — including the power supply — and ship it to our service center. Upon receipt, we replace the battery with a factory-original unit and return the system fully tested and ready for deployment. Turnaround time and shipment details are confirmed by email after your order is placed.
