Full-depth rack equipment — 1U servers, managed switches with rear SFP cages, UPS units, video processors — demands full-depth enclosures. The EURO-V 5U-L offers up to 762 mm (30") of usable depth, matching the standard depth of a fixed server cabinet. No compromise on equipment selection; the case adapts to the gear, not the other way around. Protection Built Into Every Layer

The rotomoulded polyethylene shell absorbs impacts across the entire surface without cracking or splintering — the same construction principle used in military and industrial equipment worldwide. Cylindrical shock mounts fixed to the interior walls isolate the rack frame from road vibrations, handling drops, and cargo hold turbulence. Corrosion-resistant black oxide stainless steel hardware handles repeated exposure to moisture, salt air, and aggressive handling without degrading.

A silicone sponge O-ring gasket seals the lid perimeter against water ingress, while a built-in pressure relief valve equalises internal pressure during air freight — preventing lid distortion and seal damage at altitude.

19" EIA Rack Interface

The integrated steel rack frame uses a standard square-hole pattern compatible with M6 clip nuts (available separately), covering the full range of 19" EIA rack equipment. Install 1U, 2U, 3U, 4U, and 5U devices in any combination — the rack interface accepts whatever fills five units. The metric square-hole standard dominates European broadcast, telecom, and defence procurement, making the EURO-V 5U-L a natural fit for continental European deployments without adapter hardware.

Eight black plastic carrying handles — four per side — allow two-person lifting and precise placement in tight loading bays. Edge casters enable smooth rolling across flat surfaces, reducing strain when manoeuvring fully loaded cases through corridors, loading docks, or staging areas. Moulded stacking ribs on the top and bottom surfaces lock cases together when stacked, eliminating lateral movement during transit and reducing footprint in vehicles or storage areas.
