Overview

The Peli Euro-V 7U-L Rack Case is a lightweight yet highly durable rotomoulded case designed to protect and transport 19" EIA standard rack-mounted equipment. Manufactured in Germany, this case offers medium-duty protection combined with a streamlined design optimized for rapid deployment and secure handling of sensitive instruments.

Design and Features

This rack case features a robust steel rack frame with an industry-standard metric square hole pattern (M6 clip nuts available), supporting a range of rack depths—610 mm (24") and 762 mm (30"). It includes moulded stacking ribs for reliable interstackability with other Euro-V and compatible rack cases, enhancing logistical versatility. The case is equipped with eight ergonomically designed black plastic handles and edge casters to promote effortless handling and transport.

Protection and Durability

The Euro-V 7U-L case uses cylindrical wall-mounted shock mounts that isolate equipment from shocks and vibration during transport. Made with a rotomoulded polyethylene shell and complemented by corrosion-resistant black oxide stainless steel hardware, it ensures long-lasting durability. Sealing is provided by a silicone sponge O-ring gasket and a pressure relief valve (PRV) to guarantee watertight and airtight protection.
