Overview

The Peli Euro-V 8U-L Rack Case is a smooth-finished, rotomoulded protective case optimized for 19" EIA standard rack-mounted equipment. Manufactured in Germany, this case provides medium-duty protection with a focus on durability, portability, and rapid deployment in professional applications.

Design and Features

This rack case features a robust steel rack frame with industry-standard square hole pattern (M6 clip nuts available) for metric equipment mounting. Available with rack depths of 610 mm (24") and 762 mm (30"), it has moulded stacking ribs that enable secure interstacking with Super-V and BlackBox cases. Mobility is enhanced by eight black plastic handles and edge casters for easy handling and transportation. Cylindrical wall-mounted shock mounts effectively isolate equipment from shocks and vibrations during transit.

Protection and Durability

Constructed with a durable rotomoulded polyethylene shell and complemented by corrosion-resistant black oxide stainless steel hardware, the Euro-V 8U-L offers reliable, long-lasting protection. Sealing is provided by a silicone sponge O-ring gasket and pressure relief valve (PRV) to ensure waterproof and airtight protection, defending equipment against moisture, dust, and pressure changes.
