The Peli 2765Z0 is an ATEX-certified headlamp built for professionals who operate where a single spark can trigger a disaster. With the highest possible ATEX classification — Category 1, Zone 0 — it is cleared for environments where ignitable gas or vapour concentrations are present continuously or for long periods.

At just 96 grams with batteries, it sits on a helmet or head without fatigue, even through extended shifts. Three uniquely positioned LEDs deliver up to 141 lumens of forward-facing light alongside dedicated downward-pointing LEDs that illuminate the ground directly beneath your feet — enabling safe footing in darkened tunnels and passages, and allowing hands-free reading without blinding a colleague standing right in front of you.

Four Modes for Every Situation

The 2765Z0 adapts to the task at hand. Switch between High, Medium, Low, and Strobe with a single button press. High mode delivers maximum brightness for technical inspections or navigation in complete darkness. Medium and Low extend runtime and protect night-adapted eyes during prolonged operations. Strobe signals your position in an emergency. The downward-angled LEDs work across all modes, continuously illuminating the ground and making face-to-face communication possible without glare.

Built to Survive the Job

The housing is moulded from impact-resistant ABS polymer with an IPX4 splash-proof rating, able to handle rain, spray, and heavy condensation without hesitation. The head unit tilts 45 degrees, directing the beam precisely where you need it — whether you are inspecting a valve housing, checking an overhead pipe, or reading a gauge in a confined space. A built-in RGB LED battery status indicator gives an at-a-glance readout of remaining charge, so you are never caught out at the end of a shift.

Power comes from three standard AAA alkaline batteries (included), replaceable anywhere in the world — no proprietary charger, no dependency on an available power outlet in the field. Runtime reaches up to 14 hours on a single set.

Two Ways to Wear It

The 2765Z0 ships with both a rubber helmet strap and a soft fabric headband, making it equally at home clipped to a hard hat on a production floor or worn directly on a rescue worker's head in the field. It is available in high-visibility yellow or low-profile black.
