The Peli 1120PF Panel Frame Kit converts your Peli 1120EU Protector Case into a compact, IP-rated electronics enclosure with a custom interface panel at the front. The frame seats flush with the case rim and accepts a user-fabricated panel populated with any combination of connectors, buttons or indicators — all without breaking the watertight seal of the case or affecting lid closure.

What Is the Panel Frame and How Does It Work?

The 1120PF is an OEM Peli accessory that provides a rigid, factory-aligned mounting point for a custom interface panel inside the Peli 1120EU case. The bracket clips into the case body and holds the panel flush with the opening. A polymer O-ring seals between the panel and the frame, maintaining environmental integrity even when the panel is drilled out for connectors or display cutouts.

The lid latches and closes normally after the panel is installed. For system integrators building small quantities of identical units, the 1120PF ensures every build shares the same geometry and seal quality — no improvised drilling or adhesive cable glands, no compromised watertightness.

Compatibility and Specifications

The 1120PF Panel Frame (SKU: 1120-301-110E) is compatible exclusively with the Peli 1120EU Protector Case. The frame profile matches the interior opening of the 1120EU; it is not designed to fit other Peli case models.

The frame is moulded from the same high-impact copolymer as the 1120EU case shell, colour-matched to the standard case colour (black), and manufactured to OEM tolerances. This guarantees correct lid clearance and double-throw latch engagement after the panel frame is installed, preserving the mechanical integrity of the case assembly.

What Is Included in the Kit?

The custom interface panel is not included. The integrator supplies a panel cut to fit the frame opening, then populates it with the required connectors, switches, displays or pass-throughs before securing it in the frame.
