The Peli 1150PF Panel Frame Kit turns your Peli 1150EU Protector Case into a structured, field-deployable electronics enclosure. Rather than drilling through the case shell or fitting aftermarket cable glands that break the watertight seal, the 1150PF gives you a precision-engineered mounting point for a custom-built interface panel — installed flush with the case rim, fully sealed, and compatible with the original lid and latching system.

What Is the Panel Frame and How Does It Work?

The 1150PF is an OEM Peli accessory designed to hold a custom interface panel at the front of a Peli 1150EU case. The frame clips rigidly into the case body and accepts a panel cut to size by the system integrator. A polymer O-ring seals the junction between the panel and the frame, maintaining environmental protection even when connectors, switches or display windows are cut into the panel itself.

With the custom panel fitted, the lid closes and latches normally. The lid’s own perimeter seal remains undisturbed — the case behaves as a standard 1150EU unit in every respect except that the front face now presents the integrator’s chosen interface layout. This is the approach preferred by engineers who need a repeatable, IP-rated installation across multiple units of the same build.

Compatibility and Specifications

The 1150PF Panel Frame (SKU: 1150-301-110E) is designed exclusively for the Peli 1150EU Protector Case. The frame is profiled to match the interior opening of the 1150EU and is not interchangeable with other Peli case models.

The frame is manufactured from the same high-impact copolymer used in the 1150EU case shell, colour-matched to the standard case colour (black). As an OEM Peli component, it is produced to the same dimensional tolerances as the case body, ensuring correct lid alignment and engagement of the double-throw latches after the panel frame is installed.

What Is Included in the Kit?
