What's Inside the 1400PF Kit

The kit is a complete, ready-to-install mounting solution that requires no proprietary tooling. Inside you'll find a polymer mounting bracket precision-sized to the 1400EU frame, stainless-hardware fasteners, and a durable elastomer o-ring that preserves the case's original watertight seal once the lid is closed. Your panel — whatever your application calls for — is customer-supplied; the 1400PF handles the integration so the panel sits exactly level with the case rim, with no gaps and no protrusions on either side. The bracket holds the panel at precisely the right depth, ensuring the o-ring compresses evenly around the entire circuit — no section of the seal is over- or under-stressed. Correct assembly following Peli's installation instructions is essential; an improperly seated o-ring will void the IP67 rating.
