Peli 1535 Padded Divider Set - Lime Green Organizer

Open an empty Peli Air 1535 and you have a tough, cabin-sized shell — and a bare floor that lets a camera body knock against a lens every time the trolley hits a kerb. The A-MoDe Padded Divider Set in Lime Green turns that floor into a configurable, colour-coded workspace: every item gets its own padded compartment, nothing shifts in transit, and the vivid green lining makes small black accessories hard to lose.

What you get in the set

The kit contains 13 padded dividers in three lengths — 2 long, 8 medium and 3 short — plus 4 elastic straps. The long dividers run the length of the case to split it into lanes; the medium and short pieces cross those lanes to build compartments sized for a camera body, a telephoto lens, a gimbal or a stack of batteries. The elastic straps keep cables, chargers and filters pinned flat so they do not wander between the walls. Everything is held by hook-and-loop fastening: press to fix, peel to move.

Sized for the Peli Air 1535, not squeezed in

The set measures 52.5 × 28.5 × 13 cm and is cut for the bottom shell of the Peli Air 1535 rather than adapted from a generic insert. The walls stand straight against the case sides and the lid closes without crushing the top edge of the dividers. At around 0.5 kg it adds very little to the carry-on weight you have to account for at the gate.

Protection on every side

Each divider wall is a 15 mm slab of EPE foam wrapped in 230T waterproof nylon. EPE is a closed-cell material: it absorbs a knock and springs back rather than slowly packing down, so a compartment you set up today keeps its shape after a season of shoots. The nylon shell resists damp and dust and wipes clean with a cloth.

Why lime green

Dark interiors hide dark gear. Lime green does the opposite: a black lens cap, a memory card or a remote shows up instantly against the lining, which matters when you are repacking in a hurry or working in low light. If you run several cases, the colour doubles as an identifier — green for camera bodies and glass, another colour for audio or lighting — so the right case opens first.
