Peli Air 1535 TrekPak Case Divider Kit - Protective Gear Organizer
Available in stock (43)
The TrekPak system is the most versatile way to organise the interior of your Peli Air 1535 carry-on case. Instead of foam blocks that require cutting and commit you to a single layout permanently, TrekPak uses rigid fabric-edged divider panels — just 1.1 cm (7/16″) thick — pinned into position with steel U-pins. The result is a fully separated, fully reconfigurable grid of compartments that adapts to whatever you are carrying today, and again to whatever you carry next month.
Why TrekPak Instead of Foam
Foam inserts work well when your kit never changes — you pull the cubes, shape the cavity, and that is it. TrekPak is for everyone else: the photographer whose lens selection shifts between jobs, the field technician whose instruments vary by project, the broadcast engineer repurposing the same carry-on for a different shoot. The dividers drop into new positions in minutes, and the U-pin system holds them firmly through turbulence, drops, and the roughest baggage handling.
Compared with foam, TrekPak recovers the full usable space along the case walls — a genuine material difference inside a cabin-sized carry-on where every centimetre counts. Each item is held between its own pair of dividers, cushioned on the base and lid by the included foam pads, and isolated from everything around it.
What's in the Kit
- 2 perimeter wall panels — frame the interior and anchor the system to the case walls
- 5 adjustable divider panels — position and pin wherever your layout requires; trim with the included cutter for a precise fit
- Double-blade cutting tool — scores both sides of the divider simultaneously for a clean, fray-free edge
- Convoluted lid foam — cushions items from above when the case is closed
- Bottom foam pad — provides a stable, cushioned base for all compartments
- Steel U-pins — lock dividers firmly in position; release and reposition without tools
Setting Up Your Layout
Fit the perimeter panels to the case walls, lay your gear on the base foam to find the optimal arrangement, then cut and pin dividers to match. The double-blade cutting tool scores both faces in a single pass, producing a clean edge that does not fray or compress over time. Once the U-pins are seated, the layout holds until you decide to change it.
Because dividers reposition without any special tools — remove the pins, move the panel, re-pin — the interior adapts as your kit evolves. A layout built for a camera body and two lenses becomes a layout for three lenses and a flash in under five minutes.
Who Uses TrekPak
Travel photographers packing a mirrorless body with prime lenses benefit most directly — each item has its own protected slot, accessible without disturbing the others. Field technicians carrying calibrated instruments need exactly the same: separated, individually cushioned compartments where nothing shifts between sites. Broadcast and event video operators use TrekPak to build a configuration tuned to the day's assignment — and reconfigure overnight for the next one.
For anyone who has pulled foam cubes and felt limited by that permanent decision months later, TrekPak is the upgrade that should have come first.
