What's in the Kit and How the System Works

The kit includes TrekPak panels pre-sized to the Peli 1550's interior, a full set of steel U-pins, and a purpose-built double-blade cutting tool. Steel U-pins press directly into the panel edges and lock every divider firmly in place — no adhesive, no screws, no additional tools required. Repositioning a panel takes minutes: pull the pins, move the divider, re-pin. The double-blade cutter scores through the panel material cleanly, leaving a smooth edge that sits flush against neighbouring dividers. Combined with the case's standard bottom foam and convoluted lid foam, the TrekPak system wraps every item in 360-degree protection, top to bottom.
