Peli Air 1465 EMS Case – Ultralight Medical Hard Case
Out of stock
The Peli Air 1465 EMS is a purpose-built emergency medical case designed for paramedics, field medics, and first responders who need their clinical supplies organised, accessible, and protected under any conditions. Where standard hard cases offer foam inserts suited to cameras or precision instruments, the 1465 EMS replaces foam entirely with a three-tier pull-out tray system engineered for medical workflows: fast access, fast decontamination, and absolute control over controlled substances.
A case designed around clinical reality
The three removable pull-out trays are the heart of the 1465 EMS. Unlike foam cubes that crumble under repeated loading and harbour bacteria in their pores, the rigid tray system wipes clean with isopropyl alcohol in seconds — no seams, no fabric, no crevices for biological hazard to collect. Each tray slides out independently: organise airway equipment and cardiac medications on one tier, IV supplies and monitoring accessories on the next, wound care and splints on the third. When a tray empties in the field, pull it out, restock from supplies, and slide it back in — no repacking, no rummaging through the entire case under pressure.
A purpose-built bracket inside the case accepts a standard sharps container, keeping contaminated needles isolated and locked away from the rest of your supplies. This is not a retrofit; it is designed in from the start — the difference between a case that supports a clinical protocol and one that merely carries equipment.
Protection rated for hostile environments
The 1465 EMS shell is formed from Peli's proprietary HPX²™ high-performance polymer — up to 40% lighter than the equivalent Protector case construction — and built to survive the handling that emergency response actually involves: rapid deployment from vehicles, transport across rough terrain, exposure to rain, salt spray, and the volatile compounds present at emergency scenes. IP67 certification means the case is fully dustproof and submersible to 1 metre, protecting clinical supplies whether you are working a coastal rescue, a flooded basement, or a mountainside accident. The automatic pressure equalization valve prevents vacuum lock after altitude changes during aeromedical transport, so the lid opens cleanly every time without wrestling.
Drug security built in
Stainless steel padlock protectors on the Press & Pull™ latches accept standard 8 mm padlocks, providing the physical security layer required for storage and transport of controlled substances. The latches themselves are designed to remain closed under rotor-wash, vehicle vibration, and the incidental impacts of fast-moving emergency operations. Chain-of-custody requirements are met without any modification or add-on hardware — the security architecture is part of the case, not an afterthought clipped on later.
Built to move with you
The 1465 EMS is sized for operational mobility: it fits in helicopter underseat storage, the boot of an emergency vehicle, or slung over one shoulder over a flight suit. The fold-down over-moulded carry handle distributes load evenly for single-handed carry and tucks flush against the case when both hands are needed elsewhere. Press & Pull™ latches open in a single decisive motion even with heavy gloves on — the kind of detail that matters at 03:00 in the rain with a critical patient on the ground in front of you.
Who reaches for the Peli Air 1465 EMS
- Paramedics and EMTs — on ambulance, helicopter, or rapid response vehicles where drugs must be secured, supplies must be accessible, and the case must survive the road

- Expedition and event medicine — remote-location medics at film productions, endurance events, and scientific expeditions who need a self-contained clinical station they can carry to the patient
- Military and tactical medics — combat medical personnel who require organisational clarity and controlled-substance security in a single durable platform
- Industrial first responders — on-site medical teams at construction, mining, oil, and chemical operations where chemical exposure, dust, and rough terrain are constant factors
