What's in the Set

Tailored to the exact interior dimensions of the Peli Air 1505, the set includes a black Pick N Pluck™ foam layer (pre-scored into a fine grid of small cubes) and a matching lid foam pad. Together they restore the factory-standard interior — ready for you to reshape to your current kit.

How Pick N Pluck™ Works

No tools, no templates. Lay your items on the foam, outline each piece with tape or chalk, then pull out cubes layer by layer until every item sits at exactly the right depth. The result is a shock-absorbing nest shaped precisely around your gear.

• Keep at least 2–3 cube rows (~2.5 cm) of foam between gear and the case walls for full impact absorption.
• Work in layers — remove one full layer at a time and test the fit before pulling more.
• Thin items (filters, batteries, spare memory cards) fit cleanly in a single-layer cutout.
• Irregular shapes — rough-cut the outline first, then refine cube by cube for a snug finish.
