Started cheap. Ended up getting quite expensive. Delivery takes time too.

ratings should rather concern the quality of the product. You received the original Peli latch. We did not charge you a penny more than what you clicked in the cart accepting the price. The fact that the UK is outside the EU and you had to pay VAT and customs duty is normal for any product you order to the UK from the EU. As for the shipping time, you are correct, this shipment took a very long time despite using FedEx. I'm sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied, but as we state in the contact tab, 'Always look for a local distributor.'
