When you order a qualifying wheeled Peli Air case, our team replaces the standard trolley handle with the Peli AIRHANDL EZ-Pull™ Multi-Stage Air Handle before your case is shipped, so it arrives ready to deploy with one hand and pull at a height that actually matches your stride.
What this upgrade service is
This is a fitting service, not a loose accessory. Instead of sending you a handle to install yourself, we carry out the full replacement in-house on the case you are buying. The result is a finished, ready-to-use Peli Air case with the EZ-Pull multi-stage handle already mounted and tested. Please note that the original trolley handle is not returned with your order — it remains with us as part of this service.

Compatible cases
This upgrade is designed for the wheeled Peli Air range and can be added when you order one of the following models: Peli Air 1535, 1556, 1595, 1606, 1607, 1615, 1626, 1637, 1646, 1595TRVL or 1615TRVL. If your case model is not listed, contact us before ordering and we will confirm compatibility.
Important – order condition
This upgrade is available only when purchased together with a compatible wheeled Peli Air case in the same order. If you add it without a qualifying case, the service will be cancelled and the payment refunded. Adding the case and the upgrade in the same order lets us fit the handle before your case leaves us, so it arrives complete and ready to roll.
Standard handle vs. EZ-Pull multi-stage handle
The standard trolley handle fitted to wheeled Peli Air cases is a proven, durable design, but it offers a fixed pulling geometry. The EZ-Pull handle mounts to the same case yet changes how it behaves in motion.
- Single-hand deployment – press, pull and go; the handle extends with one hand, keeping the other free for the rest of your gear.
- Multi-stage extension – several locking stages let users of different heights find a comfortable, ergonomic grip position.

This accessory gives me more space in my Peli case, and it's perfect for storing small items I used to have loose, like cables, camera caps, filters, etc. The laptop sleeve is large; my 14" MacBook Pro might have fit perfectly in the other model, but it's not a big deal.
