Peli Storm iM2100 Base Bezel Kit for Panel mounting

The iM2100-MBEZ-B Base Bezel Kit integrates custom electronic panels directly into the base of a Peli Storm iM2100 case. The aluminum frame system mounts into the case base and provides a rigid, level surface for user-installed control panels, interface hardware, and field electronics. A polymer O-ring combined with a silicone perimeter gasket maintains the case's watertight and dust-tight protection at the panel boundary, even when the lid is open and panels are actively in use.

Purpose-Built for the iM2100 Storm Case

The iM2100-MBEZ-B is designed and dimensioned specifically for the Peli Storm iM2100 base compartment. The aluminum rails and molded corner pieces install without modification, fitting the iM2100 case interior geometry precisely and providing a stable mounting chassis for fixed panel-mount electronics, communication systems, and custom embedded hardware.

Watertight Seal with Lid Open

A polymer O-ring and silicone perimeter gasket work together to seal the bezel assembly against the case base. The dual-seal system maintains environmental protection for the base compartment even when the lid is fully open — allowing panel-mounted electronics to operate safely in rain, dust, and high-humidity environments without removing them from the protective housing.

M4 Metric Fastening System

Tapped holes along the top rail use the M4 metric thread standard, compatible with standard panel-mount hardware, DIN rail components, and mil-spec fasteners. The metric system simplifies equipment attachment and integration with commonly available metric fastener stocks, reducing installation time and eliminating the need for thread conversion hardware.

Complete Hardware Kit

The iM2100-MBEZ-B includes all hardware required for a full installation: aluminum rails, molded corner pieces, rivets, and sealing washers. All components are sized for the iM2100 case base and install directly without cutting or modification to the case shell.
