Peli Storm iM2200 Lid Bezel Kit for Panel mounting
Out of stock
When your work depends on the readout, the switch panel, or the touchscreen you mounted inside a transport case, you cannot afford for that interface to be the weak point in your waterproofing. The Peli Storm iM2200 Lid Bezel Kit solves exactly this problem. It lets you build a complete electronic interface panel into the lid of your iM2200 Storm Case, so controls and displays stay protected behind a sealed aluminium frame, while the case base keeps its full watertight rating even when the lid is open and you are working in the field.
Instead of drilling straight through the lid and hoping silicone holds, the bezel system gives you an engineered, gasket-sealed mounting surface designed specifically for the iM2200. The result is a rugged, deployable instrument enclosure that opens like a case and works like a control station.
Turn a transport case into a sealed control station
The kit is built around an aluminium frame system that bolts into the lid and creates a stable, rigid platform for your panel. Because the frame carries the load, your mounted electronics are isolated from the flex and shock the case absorbs during transport. Whether you are housing a power distribution panel, a comms interface, gauges, breakers, or a small display, the bezel keeps everything square, supported, and serviceable.
This is the lid component of the system. Pairing it with the matching iM2200 base bezel lets you build interfaces into both halves of the case for a full two-sided rack-style layout.
Engineered to stay watertight
Waterproofing is the whole point of a Storm Case, and the bezel kit is designed not to compromise it. A polymer O-ring works together with a silicone perimeter gasket to seal the frame against the lid, blocking water and dust ingress around the panel opening. With the panel installed and the case closed, the iM2200 retains its sealed, dust-proof and watertight protection; with the lid open, the case base stays sealed so your stored equipment is never exposed to the elements while you operate the interface.
Metric M4 mounting made simple
This is the metric version of the bezel, supplied with M4 tapped holes so you can fasten panels and equipment using standard M4 screws — no improvised hardware, no guesswork. The threaded holes give you clean, repeatable attachment points for mounting plates, sub-panels and instruments, which makes both the initial build and any later reconfiguration far quicker.
Everything you need in one kit
The bezel arrives as a complete installation set so you are not chasing missing parts mid-build. Supplied components include:
- Aluminium frame rails – front, back and side rails that form the panel perimeter.
- Molded corner pieces – join the rails into a rigid, square frame.
- Polymer O-ring and silicone perimeter gasket – maintain the watertight seal.
- Rivets and sealing washers – fix the frame to the lid while keeping the seal intact.
- M4 tapped holes – ready for direct equipment mounting.
Built for the people who rely on Storm Cases
Integrators and field crews use lid bezels to create deployable test benches, portable power and charging stations, mobile communications hubs, broadcast and audiovisual control panels, and instrumentation enclosures for industrial, defence, survey and medical work. If your kit needs a panel that travels safely and works the moment the case is opened, the bezel turns the iM2200 into that tool.
