Purpose-Built for Demanding Applications

Traditional panel mounting solutions often compromise case integrity: cutting into the shell weakens structure, improvised brackets allow movement under vibration, and standard adhesives fail in wet or cold conditions. The iM2600-MBEZ-B eliminates these problems with a purpose-engineered aluminium frame system that anchors flush with the case base interior. The result is a rigid, repeatable mounting surface that accommodates user-supplied panels up to 20" × 14" (50.8 × 35.5 cm) — large enough for multi-port connector panels, touchscreen displays, or custom operator interfaces.

The bezel's dual sealing system — a polymer O-ring combined with a silicone perimeter gasket — actively maintains the iM2600 Storm Case's watertight rating even when the lid is open and the panel is in use. This is critical in field environments where a sudden downpour, wave splash, or high-pressure wash-down cannot be anticipated. Operators can run cabling or operate mounted equipment without exposing the case interior to moisture ingress.

Four moulded corner pieces, ribbed front and back rails, and matching side rails lock together using supplied rivets, forming a complete structural perimeter that distributes mounting loads evenly and resists panel distortion under lateral forces.

Sealing operates at two independent levels: a continuous silicone perimeter gasket running around the panel opening compresses against the panel face on the outside, while a polymer O-ring at the frame-to-case junction handles the body seal. Both components are field-replaceable if worn, keeping the installation serviceable for the full working life of the case.
