What this kit actually does

The standard iM3075 lid is solid and provides maximum protection in transit. With the iM30XX Lid Bezel Kit installed, that same lid becomes a finished, professional-grade panel bay: a structurally reinforced opening for connectors, displays, switches, and custom interfaces — without compromising the case's environmental integrity. You cut your panel openings, mount equipment to the aluminum frame using the included M4 metric tapped holes, and the bezel system provides the frame, corner reinforcement, and sealing hardware to complete the installation correctly. The result is a purpose-built field system, not a modification.

Watertight integrity — maintained even with panels installed

The most critical engineering feature of this kit is its dual sealing system. A silicone perimeter gasket runs the full boundary of the bezel opening, while a polymer O-ring provides an additional seal layer. Together, they preserve the iM3075's environmental protection even when the lid is open — and even after panel cutouts are made into the bezel area, provided the installed panels are sealed on their own. If your equipment uses imperial UNC threads, a separate imperial version of this kit is available.
