Protection Engineered for the Worst-Case Journey

The Super-V Extended is rotomolded from solid high-density polyethylene — the same virtually indestructible material found across the Peli product range. The shell resists drops from loading bays, bounces off forklifts without cracking, and stays sealed in driving rain. An advanced internal shock-absorption system buffers the rack frame from road vibrations and sudden impacts, so your servers, processors, and modules arrive exactly as you left them.

A silicone sponge O-ring runs the full perimeter of the case mouth, complemented by an aluminum pressure-purge valve that equalises internal pressure during air transport — opening the lid after a flight is effortless, even at altitude. The case body is black throughout, with stainless steel hardware in a black oxide finish.

30 Inches Deep: Room for Gear That Doesn't Fit Anywhere Else

At 76.2 cm of internal rack depth, this case comfortably houses full-depth servers, long processing chains, and deep rack units that would overhang inside a standard 56 cm case. Shorter internal dampers keep the exterior footprint tight at 106.2 × 60.5 × 29 cm, so the additional depth doesn't translate into an unwieldy flight case.

The 3U rack frame follows the ANSI/EIA-310-C standard with M6 captive nut inserts for metric rack equipment alongside square holes for universal compatibility. Self-adjusting wheels and Comfort-Grip handles make it practical to move solo even under maximum load. The built-in lid hanger keeps the cover completely out of the way while you rack or de-rack gear on-site.
