This product is the Skid-Mate Green pad only. We sell it without screws. We also sell it without the spacer. The spacer is a separate product. Use it only when you need additional clearance. This keeps your build modular and cost-effective.

How to size a pallet build

Start simple

A common starting point is one pad per corner. That gives four support points. For lighter loads, you can also increase pad count. More pads help keep each pad in its ideal range. They also improve stability for tall loads.

Check the load per pad

Divide total load weight by pad count. Aim for 13.6–22.7 kg on each Green pad. If you are above the range, add pads or select a higher load class. If you are below the range, reduce pads or bundle shipments.

Keep weight distribution even

Damping works best with balanced loading. Avoid concentrating weight on one side. Keep the pallet base rigid and flat. Ensure full contact between pad and mounting surface.
