SKID-MATE pads are easily mounted directly onto pallet bases using an M8 bolt. By adding the SKID-MATE spacer, which increases the height by an additional 1 1/8″, the overall height reaches 10 centimeters, enabling smoother handling of pallets when using pallet trucks.

SKID-MATE presents a fast, cost-effective, and durable solution specifically engineered to safeguard sensitive products from shock and vibration. These pads mount effortlessly to the box or pallet base, forming air cushions that negate the necessity for expensive air cushion trucks.

SKID-MATE is notably shock resistant, effectively minimizing costly service trips and repairs linked to damage from shock and vibration. Their exceptional durability allows them to withstand being dragged up to 914 meters across concrete and floor joints under maximum load. Furthermore, they are resistant to extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +54°C, as well as to various chemicals, thanks to their construction with polyethylene, a chemically inert material.
