Where steel lockers dent, rust, and add dead weight to load plans, HPX™ resin absorbs impact, sheds moisture, and keeps the unit manageable for two-person lifts — while delivering the rigidity and stackability that field units and logistics coordinators depend on.

500 Litres of Protected, Organised Internal Space

The extra-deep interior accommodates a full set of personal kit, tactical equipment, communications hardware, or a mixed load of medical consumables — all in a single weather-sealed unit. Two removable internal trays provide logical separation: smaller items and consumables stay accessible at the top, bulkier gear sits secured below. The HPX™ shell is rated from −29 °C to +60 °C, keeping contents stable whether the unit is stored in a cold northern European depot or staged at a desert forward operating base.

Fast Access When It Counts

The hinged lid opens fully and stays open — no propping needed when issuing supplies under time pressure or restocking in a confined vehicle bay. Press & Pull latches release and re-engage in a single motion with clear tactile feedback, operable in heavy gloves, low-light conditions, or high-stress scenarios where fumbling with complex closures is not an option. For operations where access control matters, the corrosion-resistant lock-ready hasps accept a standard padlock (not included), securing contents without any modification to the unit's structure.

Stack High, Move Efficiently

Moulded-in stacking ribs on the lid locate precisely into the base of the unit above, creating a stable column without additional strapping for short-distance repositioning inside a warehouse or cargo hold. Integrated carry ledges at both ends give two personnel a positive, ergonomic grip on a fully loaded TL500i — reducing fatigue during the repeated lift-move-set cycles typical of supply distribution operations. When floor space is limited in a transport vehicle, field depot, or command post container, a stack of TL500i units makes full use of vertical storage height.

Two Colours for Two Mission Profiles

Available in Black (SKU IMTRLK-00001) for low-profile operational use, or Olive Drab Green (SKU IMTRLK-30001) for standard military field issue and easy visual identification within a mixed equipment fleet.
