474-TANKM-D-2 TankMate Storage for Two Oxygen Tanks
Hurry up, only 1 item left in stock.
The 474-TANKM-D-2 TankMate is designed for one task: protecting two standard "D" 95 GL oxygen tanks in transit and storage. The rotationally moulded polyethylene shell gives medical responders, field clinicians, and hospital logistics teams a dedicated oxygen transport case that is both lighter than it looks and tougher than it needs to be. At 3 kg empty, it adds minimal weight to any load-out while keeping cylinders immovable and immediately accessible. Black is the standard colour; Olive Drab, Desert Tan, and grey are available on request. Oxygen tanks are not included.
Precision-Fit Two-Tank Interior Keeps Cylinders Stable
The internal geometry of the 474-TANKM-D-2 is engineered specifically for two "D" 95 GL cylinders. Rather than relying on foam or strapping systems that can shift during transport, the moulded interior holds each tank in its own recess, preventing lateral movement, contact between cylinders, and valve damage under rough handling. When equipment arrives undamaged and ready to connect, clinical teams can begin oxygen therapy or anaesthesia setup immediately — the case earns its value before it is even unpacked. Both tanks are accessible simultaneously with the lid open, supporting fast deployment in emergency situations.
Rotationally Moulded Shell for Impact and Temperature Resistance
Rotationally moulded polyethylene is produced in a single, seamless piece — there are no joints to crack, no separate panels to delaminate, and no welds that weaken under repeated thermal cycling. The 474-TANKM-D-2 shell withstands the impact loads of vehicle transport, baggage handling, and field use without compromising the internal cavity dimensions that the two-tank fit depends on. The material is rated for extreme temperatures, covering conditions from cold-store facilities through desert deployment without affecting the lid seal or structural rigidity. UV resistance ensures outdoor staging areas and vehicle roof racks do not degrade the case over time.
Stacking Ribs and Moulded Handles for Space-Efficient Storage
Integrated stacking ribs on the base and lid allow multiple 474-TANKM-D-2 cases to be stacked vertically without lateral drift — useful in storage rooms with limited floor area or when loading vehicles with uniform cargo. Moulded-in handles are positioned to balance the load of two filled cylinders, reducing wrist rotation and grip fatigue during transfers from storage rack to vehicle to treatment point. The compact exterior keeps aisles clear in hospital corridors and allows the case to fit standard ambulance compartments without modification.
Colour Options and Made-to-Order Lead Times
The 474-TANKM-D-2 is available in black, Olive Drab, Desert Tan, and grey, allowing procurement teams to colour-code oxygen cases by department, match military or civil defence specification, or maintain a consistent visual language across a fleet of transport equipment. This case is made to order and is not held in stock; lead time is typically 2–20 weeks depending on quantity and colour specification.
