Peli Storm Case IM3410 - Narrow and Long Gun Case

The Peli Storm iM3410 is an IP67-rated narrow long hard case built from HPX® resin, designed to transport rifles, surveying equipment, fishing rods, and other narrow long-format items in a trim profile that minimises excess bulk. Two in-line wheels and a retractable handle with ergonomically padded grips enable rolling transport over any terrain. It is certified to MIL-STD-810F, ATA 300, and FED-STD-101C, available in No Foam or Pick 'n' Pluck Foam configurations in Black, and backed by Peli's unconditional lifetime guarantee.

IP67 Narrow Long-Format Protection on Wheels

The iM3410 achieves IP67 certification through a full-perimeter O-ring gasket that maintains a continuous watertight seal around the narrow lid profile. Five Press & Pull™ latches close with a positive click and distribute clamping force across the lid span, releasing with a single motion even with gloves on. Stainless steel hardware and reinforced hinges with structural ribbing resist wear and handle the torque generated by the elongated lid. Rounded, reinforced edges dissipate impact forces along the full perimeter, and the HPX® resin shell is crushproof against freight stacking, vehicle compression, and drop impacts.

MIL-STD-810F covers shock and vibration resistance across the conditions encountered in military logistics chains — aircraft cargo holds, ground vehicles, and field handling. Automatic Pressure Equalization: The Vortex™ Valve

A sealed hard case builds a pressure differential during air transport: at cruising altitude, ambient pressure is lower than the pressure sealed inside at ground level, and the differential reverses on descent. Without compensation, the lid can seal vacuum-tight by the time the case arrives, requiring significant force to open. The patented Vortex™ valve equalizes pressure automatically and continuously — no user action, no valve to open or close. This means the iM3410 opens with normal latch force after a transcontinental flight, a high-altitude drive, or a rapid shift in ambient temperature.
